By booking a session with Sculpted Stories, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Sculpted Stories provides custom 3D scanning and handcrafted resin sculptures. Each sculpture is individually created and may contain minor variations, artistic interpretation, and natural imperfections. Sculpted Stories will provide services with due care and skill. Sculptures are custom works and clients are not eligible for a refund for change of mind once creation has commenced.
2. Pricing
The standard sculpture price is $750. Scanning appointments are conducted at a designated studio or hub location selected by Sculpted Stories. Any venue or studio hire fees required for the appointment are included in the sculpture price unless otherwise advised in writing. Prices and inclusions are subject to change at any time.
3. Bookings: Deposit, Cancellations & Refunds
A $100 deposit is required to secure your session and forms part of the total sculpture price.
The deposit is payable via invoice by bank transfer or cash, unless otherwise agreed.
Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposit invoices are valid for a limited period and session dates may be released if payment is not received.
A refund of the deposit will not be paid for change of mind, but may be transferred to a new appointment date with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice (prior to the scheduled appointment time).
Bookings may be rescheduled up to three (3) times without penalty. The deposit represents administrative time, booking reservation, and lost opportunity to accept other clients.
If scanning has taken place, the deposit remains non-refundable.
Sculpted Stories may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling outside this window in exceptional circumstances.
4. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due upon receipt of invoice (after the scanning appointment), and is due within 7 days. Sculpture creation will commence once full payment has been received.

If payment is not received within 7 days, Sculpted Stories reserves the right to delay or cancel the order, and retain the deposit.
5. Appointment Conditions
Appointments run for approximately one (1) hour. Appointments take place at a designated studio or hub location advised at the time of booking. Clients are responsible for arriving at the appointment location on time. Sculpted Stories aims to capture multiple poses to ensure the best result and does not rush sessions.
Late arrival may reduce available session time and may impact the number of scans captured during the appointment.
If the full appointment window is missed or insufficient time is available to capture scans, an additional booking fee may apply to reschedule. If Sculpted Stories needs to reschedule, a new date will be offered or a refund of the deposit may be provided.
Where a session cannot proceed due to illness, early labour, or pregnancy-related circumstances, Sculpted Stories will offer rescheduling where reasonably possible.
If Sculpted Stories is unable to deliver the service, a full refund will be provided.
Scanning appointments are conducted at third-party studio or hub locations. Clients must comply with any reasonable venue rules, directions, or safety requirements while attending the premises.
Sculpted Stories reserves the right to relocate an appointment to an alternative venue where reasonably necessary. Clients will be provided with reasonable notice of any location change.
6. Scan Review & Artistic Process

Clients may opt out at any time by notifying Sculpted Stories in writing. Opt-out applies to future use and does not require removal of materials already published.
12. Privacy & Data Retention
Scan files are stored securely for a minimum of one (1) year. Files are typically deleted at the start of each financial year unless required for ongoing work. Clients may request earlier deletion in writing.
Sculpted Stories retains ownership of all scan data, digital models, and artistic processes. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial right to the final sculpture.

While Sculpted Stories takes care in handling and delivery, to the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the sculpture.
Sculpted Stories is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, environmental exposure, or accidents after delivery, where required by Australian Consumer Law.
Clients acknowledge that scanning appointments may be conducted at third-party studio or hub premises. To the extent permitted by law, Sculpted Stories is not responsible for loss, damage, injury, parking costs, or other issues arising from the operation, condition, or management of those premises.
15. Force Majeure
Sculpted Stories is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, equipment failure, supply shortages, or emergencies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
